Start with your available equipment

Before choosing a build, open vehicle selection and identify the pieces you actually own. The build guide separates a starting weapon from the modules you add during the run. It also shows which tools compete for Front or Back, so a missing piece can be replaced without creating an impossible loadout.

If you are choosing between two module offers, use Modules. If the choice is an Artifact, use Artifacts to match its trigger to the equipped attack. Captains explains the documented trade-offs that can change incoming damage, Nitro recovery, or active timing.

Spend toward the next usable loadout

For a vehicle change, check the unlock objective, purchase price, and equipment requirements together. Spiderburg's second Top position requires another permanent Top option, while Crew stays separate. A new chassis purchase alone may leave the intended loadout incomplete.

Tankenburg changes the other end of the layout: two Front positions replace the Back position. If your current build relies on Dash, compare Front mobility before paying for that chassis. The Silver guide helps calculate the gap between your balance and the next purchase. Vehicles and unlocks includes the purchase table and separate Module and Artifact reroll bonuses. For completion goals, use the 26-achievement checklist.

Check changes before repeating an old route

The latest released hotfix reviewed here is 0.9.14. The September 30 roadmap also announces future changes to build variety, balance, and Overtime. Read Updates and Roadmap to distinguish the rules available today from the next planned work.

Pay special attention to old Repair Wrench healing, Nitro timing, and Overtime control advice. Follow a guide's date and cited build when comparing your result. The build examples cite named players; purchase references cite their original reporting, and official balance values link to Randwerk's announcements.
